- The
winner will win the Millennium Suite including
hall, tables and chairs only.
- Booking
must be made between Dec 2009 and Dec 2010 subject
to availability.
- The
venue will be available for 10 hours till midnight,
thereafter an hourly rate will be applicable.
- All
catering, decoration and alcohol must be purchased
from City Pavilion.
- Once
the venue has been booked and written confirmation
given by the venue you will not be able to change
the booking date. In the event you should change
your date the prize will become null and void.
- The
last entry will be at 4pm on Sunday 22nd November.
- The
entry form must be completed in full, failure
to do so will make entry null and void.
- Only
1 entry per couple.
- The
winner will be drawn at random on stage and
the winner will be announced on stage.
- The
winners details will also be published on www.awewuk.com
with in 24 hours of the draw.
- The
winner will be notified by City Pavilion in
writing within 24 hours of the prize draw.
- The
prize has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged
for money, substituted for an alternative prize.
